- Monitoring: Continuous security audits and real-time system monitoring.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share personal or customer data with third parties, except:
- Cloud Hosting & Security: We use AWS and MongoDB for secure data storage and processing.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or a valid legal request.
We do not transfer data outside Canada unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain customer data as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
- Upon request, we will delete data within two business days, except where retention is required for legal compliance.
- Clients must ensure they remove or export their data before terminating services. If any data remains 30 days post-termination, we may delete it permanently.
